PAYMENTS
Nerdy & Nooby® offers a wide selection of secure payment options together with our payments partner Vipps MobilePay AS. The payment methods include e.g. bank transfers, debit/credit cards and mobile payments of the most common banks and payment card companies in Finland and the Nordics.
Vipps MobilePay AS acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Vipps/MobilePay will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Vipps/MobilePay will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

DELIVERIES
Nerdy & Nooby® offers free standard delivery of all orders in Finland.
For clothing, this includes postal parcel delivery to your nearest Posti parcel locker or Posti outlet. For card games, this includes mailbox delivery to your home.
Alternatively, we offer home parcel delivery to your doorstep at an additional fee of €6,90 (EUR) per delivery.
Dispatching: Please allow us 1-3 working days from your order confirmation to process and package your order ready for the shipment.
Shipment: Please allow us 1-5 working days from your order dispatching to ship your order to your nearest Posti parcel locker, Posti outlet or directly to your home.
Please note that Nerdy & Nooby® currently delivers only in Finland. The delivery times are estimated and dependent on your final delivery location. The delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays. Delays are possible particularly during major holidays.
Our logistics partner is Posti Group Oyj which operates Finland's most extensive network of pickup points wherein 85% of the Finland population lives within less than a kilometer away from their nearest Posti parcel locker or Posti outlet.
