Job Ad - Plus

Client submitted materials:

• The service will be provided in either English or Finnish based on the language used in the client submitted materials. In case the materials include both languages, the client needs to choose either one. Other languages are not supported.
• The maximum accepted input volume of client materials is five (5) pages or documents per service (MS Word or MS PowerPoint format).
• By submitting the materials, the client confirms that they do not include any sensitive, personal or confidential information and that they can be processed without limitation by Valos Ventures.
• Also, the client confirms that the submitted materials do not infringe any copyrights.

Communication during the service:

• All communication, information exchange and materials delivery during the service will be conducted via email between jobroler@valosventures.com and the client email address except for the online meetings.

Services delivery:

• Review report delivery is within 48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday except bank holidays). Please note that the orders received after 5:00PM (EET) are counted from the following business day at 10:00AM onwards.
• The client agrees that the ordered services must be completed in full within 30 days from the order date and is available accordingly.

Online:

• According to the selected payment method.

Invoice:

• 30 days net from the order date.

Overdue payments:

• Interest on overdue payments is charged at 12% annual rate. Interest is calculated from the day after the due date up to the day of payment.

General:

• By visiting or using our site, or any part thereof, and/or purchasing something from us, whether online, through social media, email or by telephone, the client engages in our “Service” and agrees to be bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy policies including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein, which are specific to the B2B services, and which are communicated separately and/or available by hyperlink.

Disagreements & Disputes:

• The delivery term of the service is provided on a "best effort" basis. Valos Ventures aims to contact the client beforehand in case of any delays.
• Any complaints or expressions of dissatisfaction regarding the service should be made in written and delivered by email to jobroler@valosventures.com latest seven (7) days from the respective incident.
• In case of unsettled disagreements or disputes, the maximum penalty of Valos Ventures is limited to the respective order value excluding VAT but capped at the maximum of 1000€ in total.
• Valos Ventures does not accept or bear responsibility of any indirect, incidental or derivative damages, financial or non-financial, resulting from the client's use of the services.

Privacy:

• Valos Ventures is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of client information. All client data and documents submitted for the service will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
• Personal information provided by the client will only be used for the purpose of delivering the service, maintaining client database and Sales & Marketing activities and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
• Valos Ventures will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of client data and protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Valos Ventures retains full ownership and copyright to its review report with recommendations, its written feedback and all of its other materials produced and/or provided, in any form, during the service for the client.
• Valos Ventures grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, global and royalty-free license to store, use, reproduce, and/or modify its review report with recommendations and its written feedback for the sole purposes of the client's own business activities for a period of two (2) years from the order date.
